AFAIK there is no method to determine this. According to this page:

The totalSlotMs metric as part of JobStatistics is cumulative, and includes both accelerated and non-accelerated stages. The non-accelerated subquery stages will count towards your slot reservations, but the accelerated subquery stages will not.

And as far I know, there is no way to see separately the SlotMs metrics that were accelerated.

Also, I plot this using our project, and the slots were the same pattern, only the billed bytes were reduced when BI Engine was turned on.
