My recommendation is to start with 5 GB, and see if you can use it all. Maybe you don’t scan a variety of tables to use it for full. Build out the Cloud Monitoring chart which I described in the article, and that will show you if you fill it up. As regarding timeframes, we have seen more operational queries, like populating dashboards during the early office hours 8–11, and the late office hours 4–6 pm, when our product managers are checking the dashboards.
